The House Experts

Frequently Asked Questions

Definitely! I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, and I love that every client and every situation is a little different. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, relocating, searching for your next home, or getting ready to sell, I’ll be there to guide you throughout the process. For my buyers, I take the time to understand what you’re looking for and what matters most to you. I’ll help you navigate the home search, coordinate showings, walk you through offers and negotiations, and stay involved through inspections, financing, and closing. If you’re relocating and can’t be here in person, I can also provide video walkthroughs so you can get a closer look at a home from wherever you are. For my sellers, I take a hands-on approach from the very beginning. I’ll help you prepare your home for the market, discuss pricing and marketing strategies, and make suggestions to help your property show its best. Once listed, I actively market your home, communicate activity and feedback, help evaluate offers, and guide you through negotiations, inspections, repairs, and all the details leading up to closing. Whether I’m helping you buy or sell, my goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and comfortable asking questions along the way. I want you to know you have someone in your corner who genuinely cares about you and your goals—not just the transaction.
Absolutely. As a U.S. Army veteran who served at Fort Campbell, helping military families and veterans is especially meaningful to me. I understand that military moves often come with tight timelines and that you may be trying to find a home from hundreds—or even thousands—of miles away. When you can’t be here in person, I can conduct video walkthroughs so you can see the home, ask questions, and get a closer look at the details in real time. My goal is to make you feel like you’re here with me, even when you can’t be.
You can expect honest communication, attention to detail, and someone who genuinely cares about you and your goals. I’ll keep you informed, answer your questions, and help you work through the unexpected things that sometimes come with real estate. And please don’t ever worry about asking me a “silly” question—chances are, I’ve heard it before! I want you to feel comfortable calling or texting me throughout the process.
Absolutely! I enjoy working with all types of clients—buyers and sellers alike—but there is something special about helping someone purchase their first home. If you’re a first-time buyer, I’ll walk you through each step, explain what to expect, and make sure you feel comfortable asking questions along the way. And if you’ve bought and sold several homes before, I’ll tailor my approach to the level of guidance you need. Every client and every situation is different, and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about real estate.
I certainly hope not! One of my favorite parts of real estate is the relationships I build along the way. I love staying connected with my clients, celebrating their milestones, and being someone they can call long after the closing table. Whether you have a real estate question or need the name of someone to help with something around the house, I’m always happy to help. To me, you’re never just another transaction.

As a full-time REALTOR® licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to the area, searching for the right piece of land, or preparing to sell a home filled with years of memories, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and well represented from beginning to end.Clear communication is one of the most important parts of how I work. I believe my clients should always know what is happening, what comes next, and what their options are. I pay close attention to the details, stay involved throughout the transaction, and work hard behind the scenes to help make what can sometimes be a stressful process feel as smooth as possible. My clients are never just another transaction to me—I truly value the relationships I build along the way.My commitment to service began long before my career in real estate. I proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Soldier and leader, with roles that included Traffic Accident Investigator, Drill Sergeant, and supervising the Military Police Investigative Section at Fort Campbell. Those experiences taught me the importance of leadership, accountability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and remaining calm when situations become challenging. After leaving the Army, I continued serving the veteran community. I worked for the State of Tennessee helping veterans transition into civilian employment and connecting them with employers throughout the community. I also founded the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, which began as a monthly meeting bringing together veterans, organizations, and community resources and later grew into an established organization within the community. I eventually went on to coordinate a Veterans Affairs-funded program assisting veterans and their families who were experiencing or at risk of homelessness. While my career has taken me down several different paths, service has always been the common thread. Today, I bring those same values to real estate—working hard, communicating honestly, paying attention to the details, and advocating for the people who trust me to represent them.Buying or selling real estate is more than paperwork and a closing date. There is a person, a family, and a story behind every transaction, and I consider it a privilege to be a small part of that journey.
