Cody is amazing, he went above and beyond the call of an agent and walked the journey with us, in purchasing our land. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust and who truly cares go with Karla. I was not an easy client and Karla didn’t bat an eye. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and we closed easily and made our move that much easier. Absolutely go with Karla! Donald knocked it out of the park from start to finish! He helped  my family to purchase a house in a matter of WEEKS!  Everything me and my husband was looking for in a house he made sure all our boxes were checked. We found the perfect house and he quickly setup a viewing the next day. He is very knowledgeable and knows the market which makes him good at what he does. He helped us put in an offer right away any he kept in touch with us all week to see if there was any updates on or questions we had about our offer and the next steps we  needed to take. I am so thankful for Sheryl! Buying a house is very stressful and if it wasn’t for her dedication for my families best interest, we would have gave up. If you want someone who is on your time and willing to go out her way and drive the distance to where your heart desires, looking at countless house, Sheryl is the best choice for you. I’m so thankful for the hours she spent communicating with me dusk till Dawn and further. We stayed up all night sending houses back-and-forth for months. Sheryl is such a genuine person and now I can call her a friend to my family. There is no one else I would recommend because no one else is going to be on your time drive two hours out the way and make communicating with the bank and lenders so easy. Buying a house can be stressful, but working with Melissa made the entire process feel so much easier. She was responsive, communicative, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. What stood out most to me was that the support didn’t stop at closing. During our initial walkthrough I casually mentioned wanting something specific removed from the house if I purchased. Her husband offered to help, and even after closing, they came out on a weekend and took care of it, just because they genuinely wanted to help me make the house feel like home.
