She was always available, immediately scheduled showings as soon as we sent her a home we were interested in, and was genuinely there to make sure we ended up with the home we wanted. We bought sight unseen, so every showing was via video and she helped describe and show the home exactly like we were walking through it ourselves. She was fun too! Even though we were purchasing outside of the Clarksville market, Su was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available when we had questions, stayed on top of everything from the initial search through inspections, negotiations, and closing, and made sure our interests were represented every step of the way. We especially appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to work through issues as they came up rather than simply trying to push the transaction along. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when coordinating a move to a different area, but Su made the process much easier for our family. young nick14 days agoHey everyone I just want to rant on how great Mrs. Whetsell is . First she is very casual and easy to speak with when giving her feedback about houses and she is very outgoing for her clients . We may have viewed at least 20 houses as a married couple and we just kept finding stuff we didn’t like ya know but she found a house for us in a link to her house suggestions for us to choose from that we walked into and new just from downstairs that it was the perfect one for us I was so blown away by this house . She never made us feel like a burden by seeing so many houses and she was very informative on bringing up pros and cons for houses we weren’t really finding as our cup of tea and it was great to hear both sides. I would recommend her to any family or friends we may have and if we want to buy another house or resell our home now she is great!Posted on Google

I am so thankful for Sheryl! Buying a house is very stressful and if it wasn’t for her dedication for my families best interest, we would have gave up. If you want someone who is on your time and willing to go out her way and drive the distance to where your heart desires, looking at countless house, Sheryl is the best choice for you. I’m so thankful for the hours she spent communicating with me dusk till Dawn and further. We stayed up all night sending houses back-and-forth for months. Sheryl is such a genuine person and now I can call her a friend to my family. There is no one else I would recommend because no one else is going to be on your time drive two hours out the way and make communicating with the bank and lenders so easy. As a first time home buyer he explained every step of the way. His attention to detail was superb. He also told us to not be picky about paint and smaller things we can change ourselves. He focused on on what matters most…foundation , roof, hvac, septic system, water damage. For this I am very grateful for and we will be using him again for the future. Cortland Fiechter63 days agoKarla was absolutely incredible to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. We had some challenges getting our house sold due to circumstances outside of anyone’s control, including extreme freezing and snow during the winter, increased competition in the market, and other timing-related hurdles. Through it all, Karla did everything in her power to bring more attention to our listing and generate more showings. She even took the time to do her own research and implement new strategies she learned from other agents, which says a lot about her hustle, dedication, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. In the end, we closed for almost exactly what Karla had originally set the expectation at, which gave us a lot of confidence in her knowledge and transparency from the beginning. On top of that, I was not living at the house while it was listed, and Karla went above and beyond to help manage things while I was away. She made sure the air was kept on to prevent mold growth from humidity, turned the heat on during cold weather, opened cabinets, let faucets drip to help prevent pipes from freezing, and even covered the hose spigots when needed. When my lawn care person was no longer able to continue, Karla took it upon herself to find another company to handle it without me even having to ask. Karla is respectful, knowledgeable, professional, transparent, kind, and a true go-getter. She was responsive, communicative, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. What stood out most to me was that the support didn’t stop at closing. During our initial walkthrough I casually mentioned wanting something specific removed from the house if I purchased. Her husband offered to help, and even after closing, they came out on a weekend and took care of it, just because they genuinely wanted to help me make the house feel like home.
