Frequently Asked Questions

I’m currently in my sixth year of real estate. I chose this career because I wanted the flexibility to be present for my family while also helping other families achieve their dreams of homeownership. I truly enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping clients find a place they are excited to call home.
I work with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, VA buyers, military families, and relocation clients, as well as buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee and the Fort Campbell, Kentucky area. I bring the same personal attention and commitment to every client, regardless of their situation or experience level.
I take a hands-on, personal approach to every transaction. As a solo agent, I stay directly involved rather than passing my clients off to someone else. I’m responsive, patient, and straightforward, and I believe clients deserve honest answers so they can make informed decisions—not simply hear what they want to hear.
My connection to the military community is personal. I moved to Clarksville during seventh grade after my father retired from the military, and my husband was born and raised here. I understand the importance of having reliable guidance when relocating or navigating a PCS move. Combined with my local knowledge and my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, I’m able to provide personalized guidance to clients moving to or from the area.
For me, real estate is about people—not just houses or transactions. I especially love the satisfaction of helping someone purchase their first home or find the place they hope to call home forever. My clients are never just a number to me. I want them to feel heard, informed, protected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
