Sheryl Norfleet - REALTOR®

I’m Sheryl Norfleet, a REALTOR® with Haus Realty and Management in Clarksville, Tennessee. My approach to real estate is centered on communication, organization, and making sure my clients feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Before entering real estate, I worked in customer service, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills. I also spent 9 1/2 years as a stay-at-home mother, managing a busy household and raising my children. These experiences strengthened my ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, multitask, communicate effectively, and work with people from many different backgrounds. I bring those skills into my real estate business with a patient, approachable, and client-focused attitude.

As a REALTOR®, I work with both buyers and sellers in residential real estate. I provide buyer representation and seller/listing representation, with experience supporting first-time home buyers, VA buyers, military relocation, relocation, and investment property needs. Whether a client is navigating the home-buying process for the first time, preparing to sell a property, relocating, or exploring an investment property, I strive to provide clear communication and dependable support throughout the transaction.

My service areas include Clarksville, the Fort Campbell Area, Stewart County, Houston County, Dickson County, Cheatham County, and Montgomery County. I’m licensed in Tennessee and serve clients throughout these communities with a commitment to being accessible, organized, and attentive to their individual needs.
