For MiKayla West, real estate has always been a second love.

A Clarksville native and Tennessee REALTOR® with Haus Realty & Management, LLC, MiKayla grew up watching HGTV with her mom and talking about homes, renovations, and all the possibilities a property could hold. Those conversations became a special bond between them and helped nurture an interest in real estate that MiKayla carried with her into adulthood. She always dreamed of building careers in both of the industries she loved most: hair and real estate.

After becoming a professional hairstylist in 2020, MiKayla turned her second passion into a profession by becoming licensed in real estate in 2025. Today, she proudly serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee, from her hometown of Clarksville to the Greater Nashville area and surrounding communities.

As someone born and raised in Clarksville, MiKayla knows her hometown like the back of her hand. At the same time, she understands just how quickly Middle Tennessee continues to grow and change. She makes an effort to stay current on growing communities, new developments, local businesses, and opportunities throughout the areas she serves.

MiKayla enjoys helping clients at many different stages of their real estate journey, including first-time homebuyers, sellers, renters preparing for homeownership, investors, military families, clients relocating to or from Middle Tennessee, new-construction buyers, and those interested in land. She understands that real estate can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating the process for the first time, so she strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, learning their options, and making informed decisions.

Her approach is patient, honest, dependable, attentive, friendly, and easy to talk to. While continuing to grow her own knowledge and experience, MiKayla is backed by a knowledgeable real estate team, giving her clients access to additional experience, resources, and support throughout their journey.

Outside of real estate, MiKayla continues her career as a hairstylist and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the opportunity, going to the gym, spending time with her close-knit Clarksville family, and finding a great deal. On any given day, there’s a good chance you’ll catch her browsing the aisles of Marshalls or Ross for her latest frugal find.
